Svea Fastigheter had one problem with Drabanten: How do you reach an older crowd online? Our solution: Target their adult kids who are helping them find a new home. Make the ads more family-friendly and trustworthy through video.

Together with representatives from Svea Fastigheter, we created a handful of videos for apartments available at Drabanten. Our focus was reaching both young adults who help their elderly, but also making the videos easy on the eyes of the older generation.
