EMPLOYER BRANDING

In collaboration with Ascend we planned and produced a movie with the goal to reach out to potential candidates for new recruitments within the firm. Our main target with this film project was to incorporate the feeling and workplace environment at Ascend in order to strengthen their employer branding. The monetary goal with this project is to strengthen the in-house employment proecess instead of only using outsourced recruitment companies.
